摘 要:基于有限元方法和Adams软件建立了一套对智能交流接触器动力学特性进行仿真的模型,设计了一种采用二维插值计算的接触器磁机耦合求解方法,通过二维插值表的形式实现了电磁力与接触器动态特性之间的耦合.该方法避免了采用Runge-Kutta法对耦合模型进行数值求解,提高了程序的运算效率.为了对接触器动力学特性进行试验测试,建立了一套多路信号并行采集系统,可以同时对接触器的多路运行状态进行监测.仿真与试验结果对比发现,模型数值计算结果与试验数据吻合度较好,模型可以较好地预测接触器的动态特性.It is established in this paper that an emulational model is developed based on FEM and Adams software to simulate the dynamic characteristics of intelligent AC contactor. A calculation method with contactor magneto-mechanical coupling is designed to adopt 2-dimension calculus of interpolation. The coupling between electromagnetic force and contactor dynamic behavior is realized in the form of 2-dimension interpolation. This method avoids adopting the Runge-Kutta method to solve the problem of coupling model so as to enhance the calculation efficiency of the program. A multiple-channel signal paralleled-acquisition system is developed to measure the dynamic characteristics of the contactor experiment. The system can monitor simultaneously multiple- operation status. Simulation and experimental results show that the result of numerical calculations can fit very well the experimental data. The proposed model can predict the dynamic characteristics of the intelligent contactor.
