摘　　要：随着信息时代的科技现代化,犯罪分子日益呈现出犯罪的科技、智能、专业等特征,以现代科学技术为元素的技术侦查在打击智能犯罪中彰显出显赫的力度。但是,如何在司法实践中有效合理地把控技术侦查措施的秘密性和当事人的正当合法权益,实现证据材料成功转换,使技术侦查真正地成为惩治犯罪的利器,明晰相关问题,探索实践中遇到的困惑,在信息时代的今天具有非常重要的实践价值。With the modernization of science and technology in the information age, criminals are increasingly showing the characteristics of crime technology, intelligence and specialties. Technology investigation based on modern science and technology plays a prominent role in the fight against intelligent crimes. But in the judicial practice, how to effectively control the legitimate rights and interests of secrecy measures of technical investigation and evidence of the parties, to achieve successful transformation, to make technical investigation truly become a tool to punish crime, to clarify the related problems encountered in practice, and to explore the confusion has very important practical value in the information age of today.
