摘　　要：我国生物技术的研究开发起步较晚,基础研究比较薄弱,用于生物制药技术研究与开发的资金匮乏,开发的新产品竞争力不强,因此加强生物技术制药复合应用型人才培养至关重要。本文将构建生物制药复合应用型人才培养模式,提高学生的综合素质。The research and development of biological technology in China started late,relatively weak basicresearch,a serious shortage of funds in biomedical research,extremely lack of competitiveness on the research of newproducts,strengthen the biotech pharmaceutical compound applied talents training is very important.In this paper,thetraining mode of bio-pharmaceutical composite applied talents will be constructed to improve the comprehensivequality of students.
