摘　　要：本文选取了英国高等教育基金委员会中最具代表性的英格兰高等教育基金委员会作为个案,对其演变历程、组成运作、主要职能等方面进行了具体的介绍,以期为我国建立和发展高等教育中介组织提供借鉴。This article selects the most representative in the UK higher education fund committee of the council for higher education funds in England as a case,the evolution,composition,main functions,etc was introduced in detail,so as to the establishment and development of our country higher education intermediary organizations for reference
