摘　　要：弘扬工匠精神、培养技能人才是中国经济转型升级和职业教育发展的必然选择。当前和今后一个时期,我国技能人才尤其是高技能人才培养工作任务十分艰巨。文章通过对安徽技能人才队伍建设存在的主要问题以及成因进行比较深入的分析和研究,从改善和优化技能人才发展环境、优化技工大省建设的顶层设计、大力培育和弘扬工匠精神、找准和把握加快技工大省建设的着力点、推进分类培训、重点项目带动和资金引导、制度保障等方面提出了具体的对策建议。Carrying forward the craftsman spirit and training skilled talents is an inevitable choice for China＇s economic transformation,upgrading and development,and vocational education development. At present and in the coming period,the task of training skilled talents,especially training high-skilled talents,is very arduous in China. The paper,by making an in-depth analysis and study on the main problems and causes of the construction of skilled talents in Anhui province,puts forth some concrete countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of improving and optimizing the environment for the development of skilled talents,optimizing the top-level design of the construction of a large province of skilled labor,making great efforts to cultivate and carry forward the craftsman spirit,identifying and grasping the key points of speeding up the construction of a large province of skilled labor,promoting classification training,key projects driving and capital guidance,institutional guarantee and so on.
