再论香港的去归与大国的兴衰——纪念香港回归二十周年及改革开放四十周年

摘　　要：在19世纪和20世纪两个百年里,在东西两个半球的中、英两个大国的历史上,就香港的割让和回归问题引发了两件轰动世界的历史事件。香港被割让,表明大清帝国的衰落和大英帝国的兴盛;而香港回归,则标志着大英帝国的衰落和新中国在国际舞台上的迅速崛起。决定中英两大国兴衰的主要因素是中国共产党领导下的先进社会制度、开放意识和创新精神以及由此带来的先进的社会生产力、科学技术和强大的综合国力。自鸦片战争以来近两百年的中华民族,前一百年在外侮频仍的屈辱和风雨飘摇的动荡中煎熬,封闭保守和落后挨打,给国人带来创深痛巨的教训;后一百年雪耻独立、富国强兵,实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦,成为国人努力的目标。20世纪上半叶,以毛泽东为核心的中共党人创建了新中国,实现了中华民族的完全独立。20世纪下半叶,以邓小平为核心的中共第二代领导集体,开启了改革开放、创新发展和中国特色社会主义建设的新航路。新时代以习近平总书记为核心的新一代中共党人制定出了中华民族伟大复兴的宏伟蓝图,以"中国梦"激励亿万中国人走上新征程,开拓进取,奋发有为。同时在国际舞台上以高度自信的姿态,积极倡导构建人类命运共同体、打造国际贸易开放体系、实施"一带一路"国际开放贸易格局。过去靠天吃饭的农业国家一跃成为世界的"工厂","中国制造"、"中国智造"、"中国创造"正成为引领世界经济增长的发动机。自新中国成立以来,经过半个多世纪的伟大创新和改革开放的艰辛探索,中国取得了举世瞩目的成就,不仅奠定了民族复兴和国家崛起的根基,而且开创了中国共产党领导下中国特色社会主义建设的新篇章。香港的回归彻底洗刷了中华民族百年来的耻辱,预示着中华民族的统一、繁荣和兴盛的到来。回归二十年后的香港�During the two hundred years of the 19th and 20th centuries,the cession and return of Hongkong which involves Britain of the western hemisphere and China of the eastern hemisphere led to two historical events that shocked the world. The cession of Hongkong to the UK indicated the decline of the Great Qing Empire and the rise of the British Empire,while the return of Hongkong to the PRC pointed to the fall of the British Empire and the rapid rise of New China in the international arena. The main factors that determine the rise and fall of the great powers are advanced social systems,opening-up consciousness,innovative spirit,as well as the resulting advanced social productive forces,science and technology,and strong comprehensive national strength. Having suffered tremendous humiliation and sorrow from the domestic troubles and foreign invasions for nearly a hundred years since the Opium War,the Chinese people dedicated themselves to enriching the country and building up the military power. In the first half of the 20th century,the Communist Party with Mao Zedong as the core created a New China and realized the complete independence of the Chinese nation. In the second half of the 20th century,the second generation of CCP leadership centered on Deng Xiaoping opened a new route of reform and opening-up,innovation and development,and building socialism with Chinese characteristics. In the new era,the new generation of Communist Party members with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core worked out a grand blueprint for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and used the ＂Chinese Dream＂to inspire hundreds of millions of Chinese people to embark on a new journey,to forge ahead,and work hard. At the same time,in the international arena,we have actively advocated the construction of a community of human destiny with a high degree of self-confidence,created an open system for international trade,and implemented the＂One Belt and One Road＂international open trade pattern.
