摘　　要：mRNA和miRNA对动物肌肉生长发育具有重要的调控作用。肌肉的生长发育是动物生命过程中的重要阶段,直接影响动物的肉用性能。近年来,越来越多的mRNA和miRNA被鉴定和验证,它们参与动物肌肉的形成、肌肉细胞增殖分化等过程并在其中发挥重要的调控作用。本文综述了动物肌肉形成机制、mRNA和miRNA在动物肌肉生长发育过程中所发挥的作用及其在绵羊中的研究进展,旨在为今后肉用绵羊培育提供参考。In animals, mRNA and miRNA play important roles in animal muscle growth and development. Muscle growth and development is a vital stage in animal life process and has effect on animal meet performance. Recent investigations have identified and validated more and more mRNA and miRNAs that regulate formation of animal muscle, muscle cell proliferation and differentiation, etc.In this review, we summarized the mechanism of animal muscle formation and recent progresses onregulatory mechanisms of mRNAs and miRNAs, we also summarized the research of mRNA and miRNA in sheep. We hope to provide insights into breeding of meat sheep in further research.
