摘　　要：目的:了解潍坊市社区老年人心理健康状况,分析其影响因素,为合理改善老年人的心理健康水平提供依据。方法:采用分层随机抽样的方法抽取570例社区常住老年人为研究对象,进行面对面问卷调查,问卷包括自制问卷和Kessler 10量表两部分。结果:社区老年人的Kessler10量表得分为(15.66!5.63)分,其中心理健康状况良好的老年人有380例,占67%。影响老年人心理健康状况的主要因素是有无配偶、文化程度、最近1周身体状况、是否患有慢性病、是否健身和有无知心朋友(P<0.05)。结论:大多数城市社区老年人的心理健康状况良好。影响心理健康的因素是多方面的,应重视老年人的心理健康,采取针对性的措施提高社区老年人的心理健康水平。Objective： To understand the mental health status of the elderly in communities in Weifang City and analyze the influencing factors,then provide basis for improving the mental health level of the elderly. Methods： A stratified ! random sampling method was used to extract570 cases of elderly residents,then they were investigated with face-to-face questionnaire survey. The questionnaire includes two parts： self-made questionnaire and Kessler scale of 10. Results： The score of Kessler 10 scale of the elderly in communities was（ 15. 665. 63） points. 380 people were in good mental health which accounting for 67%. The mental health influencing factors included spouse situation,education,Physical condition in the last week,chronic disease prevalence,fitness status,friends status and so on（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The mental health status of the majority of the elderly in urban communities was good. The factors that influence mental health were multifaceted,so we should pay attention to the mental health of the elderly and take targeted measures to improve their mental health level.
