摘 要:在滩海油气勘探开发初期,为求取油藏储层参数、获得原油产量、控制投资成本,作业者通常采取建造简易导管架平台的方式开展海上油气井的单井试采工作。以渤海湾滩海海域现存或曾经投入使用过的简易导管架平台油气试采工艺为基础,分析了油轮长期靠泊简易导管架平台进行油气试采的主要安全风险,提出了简易导管架平台油气试采工艺的主要安全风险和相应的风险管控措施,对相关行业从业人员具有一定的借鉴意义。In the early stage of shallow water oil and gas exploration and development, in order to calculate reservoir parameters, gain crude oil production data and control cost of investment, the operators usually construct simple offshore jacket platforms to carry out single well production test for offshore oil and gas exploration. Based on the oil and gas production test technology of simple jacket platforms, which are in use or were once used in the shallow water area of Bohai Bay, this paper analyzes the major safety risks of oil tankers' long term berthing along the simple jacket platforms for oil and gas production test, and explicitly proposes the major risks and relevant control measures of simple jacket platform oil and gas production test technology. It has reference significance for employees in relevant vacation.
