摘 要:为了调查营养液对葡萄枝条扦插生根的影响,本文以‘寒香蜜’枝条为试材,通过设置不同基质及营养液成分处理,观察扦插枝条处理后芽眼、新梢、根系、花序的生长状况,探索与分析插条生长的基础条件和影响因子。结果表明:水和蛭石是插条生根、生长的基本条件,通过IBA处理可以促进扦插枝条的生长和发育;枝条扦插可以形成花序甚至开花,但一般不能形成有效果实。另外,通过观察发现,葡萄生根多数位于基部皮层内,同时还有愈伤组织形成,一般位于剪口周围,愈伤组织形成与生根是两个独立的过程。In order to investigate the effect of nutrient solution on rooting of grape cutting, the cuttings of 'Reliance' grape were used as test materials in this paper, the di?erent nutrient solution and water treatments were set up to observe the growth conditions of buds, shoots, roots, and in?orescences of cuttings, the basic conditions and in?uencing factors for the growth of cuttings were explored and analyzed. The results showed that water and roseite were the basic conditions for the growth of cuttings, and IBa had a certain role in promoting the growth and development of cuttings. Branch cuttings could form in?orescence and even ?owering, but generally it could not form e?ective fruit. In addition, most of the roots were located in the base of the cortex, and also formatted callus, which were generally located around the incision. Callus formation and rooting were two independent processes.
