摘 要:随着我国乡村振兴战略和城乡一体化发展要求的提出,越来越多的连锁经营超市企业进军到农村消费市场,这给农村消费者带来了高质物美的消费体验。但是由于农村连锁超市地理位置分散,基础设施薄弱,订单需求量也较小,统一配送难题较多等问题,连锁超市在农村发展窘境重重。文中分析了农村连锁超市发展概况、现状和物流配送问题,并提出了优化配送路径、增加增值服务等农村连锁超市解决经营问题的途径。with the development of rural revitalization strategy and the demand of integrated urban and rural development,more and more chain supermarket enterprises enter the rural consumer market,which brings high quality consumer experience.However,because of the scattered geographical location of rural supermarket chains,weak infrastructure,small order demand,unified distribution problems and other problems,chain supermarkets in rural development dilemma. This paper analyzes the development situation,current situation and distribution problems of rural supermarket chains,and puts forward the ways to solve the management problems of rural supermarket chains such as optimizing distribution path and increasing value-added services.
