摘　　要：随着近年网络购物和电子商务等第三方物流产业的蓬勃发展,人们对于便捷快运和高附加值运输的需求率日益增长。这种现象也给铁路部门带来了新的利润增长点。也给消费者带来了更多的选择。但高铁+快递联合货物运输的这种模式依然处于起步阶段,很多地方还不完善。其技术不配套和基本配套设施的缺乏带来了额外的运输成本和人力成本。因此,研究高铁+快递这种新的货物运输模式成为眼前必须面对的现实问题。也为铁路行业提升自身服务和扩大服务链条提出了自己的见解。文中通过现状调研、经验借鉴、归纳总结等三个方面研究分析了高铁+快递的货运模式和运营方式,希望有益于高铁快递的发展以及解决当前必须面对的现实问题。With the booming development of the three party industry in recent years,such as online shopping and e-commerce,people＇s demand rate for convenient express and high added value transportation is increasing. This phenomenon has also brought a new profit growth point for the railway department. It also brings more choices to consumers. However,the model of high speed rail and express delivery is still in its infancy,and many places are not perfect. Its lack of technology and the lack of basic facilities bring additional transportation cost and manpower cost. Therefore,the study of the new transport mode of high speed rail and express delivery has become a realistic problem to be faced. It also puts forward its own opinion for the railway industry to improve its own service and expand the service chain. This paper analyzes and analyzes the freight mode and operation mode of high-speed rail plus express through three aspects,such as the status quo,the experience and the summary,hoping to be beneficial to the development of high-speed rail express and solve the practical problems that must be faced at present.
