摘　　要：目的:分析医学生基层就业价值取向及特点,引导医学生基层就业,解决医学生就业结构性矛盾问题。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷,选取1544名医学本科生作为研究对象,调查其基层择业意向及其影响因素。结果:医学生对本专业就业前景不乐观,就业期望居高不下,基层就业意愿不强,影响医学生基层就业的因素多元化。结论:需发挥政府主导作用、高校主渠道作用、家庭基础作用和医学生主体作用,多管齐下引导医学生基层就业。Objectives：Analyze the characteristics and orientation of medical college students＇ grass-rootsemployment value to bring medical college students into grass-roots employment and settle the structural contradictionsof medical college students on employment.Methods 1544 medical college students were studied to investigate theirgrass-roots employment intention and related influencing factors when they made choices by using self-compiledquestionnaire.Results Medical college students are not optimistic about their employment prospects,still have highemployment expectation,do not havea strong intention on grass-roots employment.There are diversity factors whichaffect grass-roots employment of medical college students.Conclusions To guide medical college students intograss-root employment,we should play the part of leading force in government,main channel in college,fundamentalrole in family and main part function in medical college students itself.
