摘　　要：随着我国经济的迅猛发展和国际地位的提升,近年来各个领域的国际交流日益频繁和密切。虽然我国医学留学生的培养起步相对落后,但发展迅速。由于医学科学的特殊性和人体的复杂性,就使得医学教学需要高质量的教师队伍、高标准的评估体系和高效的管理方式。本研究深入探讨了医学留学生在培养模式中的主要问题,并提出了改进和完善策略。With the rapid development of China＇s economy and the advancement of its international status,international exchanges in various fields have become more frequent and close in recent years.Although the cultivationof overseas medical students in our country is relatively backward,it has developed rapidly.Due to the special nature ofmedical science and the complexity of the human body,medical education requiresa high-quality teaching staff,ahigh-level evaluation system and an efficient management method.This study explores in depth the major problems ofmedical students in the training mode and put forward the improvement strategies.
