摘  要:为适应经济的快速发展对环境工程应用型人才培养的需要,省属综合性大学"双师型"教师队伍建设和培养迫在眉睫。但从现有的教师培养机制来看,"双师型"教师队伍建设仍存在严重的滞后和不少现实的问题。因此,采取校企合作促进"双师型"教师队伍建设有着现实要求和实际意义。本文着眼于"双师型"教师队伍建设的实际和现实需求推动"双师型"教师队伍建设,并结合环境工程人才培养模式的改革和实践进行了积极的探索,为高校环境工程专业建设和改革起到示范带动作用。In order to cultivate the need of adapting to the rapid development of economy,the construction andcultivation of the "Teacher-cum-practitioner" teachers in the provincial comprehensive university is imminent.However,from the existing mechanism of teacher training,there are still serious lag and a lot of realistic problems in theconstruction of the "Teacher-cum-practitioner " teaching staff.Therefore,it is of realistic and practical significance totake the cooperation of school and Enterprise to promote the construction of the "Teacher-cum-practitioner" teachingteam.This paper focuses on the practical and realistic demand of the " Teacher-cum-practitioner " teachers'construction,promotes the construction of the "Teacher-cum-practitioner" teaching team,and probes into the reformand practice of the training mode of environmental engineering talents,which plays a leading role in the construction andreform of the specialty of environmental engineering.
