摘　　要：本文通过分析我国大学生创新人才培养存在的问题,提出若干解决问题的方案,构建了以大学生创新项目为依托,以挑战杯竞赛为动力,以学术活动为舞台,构建以杰出人才培养为目标的创新型人才培养模式,创新人才培养实践效果显著。In this paper,by analyzing the problem of college students＇ innovative talent training in our country,putforward some solution and constructed,which is based on college students＇ innovative projects,powered by challenge cupcompetition,academic activities,for the stage,build aiming at outstanding talent cultivation of innovative talents trainingmode,innovative talent training practice effect is remarkable.
