摘　　要：生物信息学(Bioinformatics)是生命科学的研究中。我们本着教学和科研共促进的宗旨,融合分子生物学、医学统计学和计算机信息技术,充分结合网络环境,将理论授课和上机实践有机结合,通过课前问卷调查分析,依据调查结果制定教学方案并加以实施,然后进行课后分析,以完善医学生物信息学教学模式,为生物信息学在全校开展和生物信息学教学的进一步研究奠定了一定的基础。Bioinformatics is the science of reserving.We were in line with the purpose of contributing bothteaching and scientific research,and mixed with molecule biology,medical statistics and computer informationtechnology together,making the most use of network environment,in order to combine the teaching theories andpractices on computer.Via the questionnaires before the class,we designed the teaching outline and methods according tothe result.Then we implemented it and analyzed the date about bioinformatics from the students after class,so that wecan make our model of teaching more perfect,which is also providing the foundation for setting up bioinformaticscourses in the whole college and further research on bioinformatics.
