人性化护理在孕妇就诊过程中的应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨在孕妇就诊期间应用人性化护理的临床效果。方法选取我院产科门诊2016年1月—2017年5月实施人性化护理后收治的孕妇120例作为实施后组,选取2015年1月—12月实施人性化护理前收治的孕妇120例为实施前组,比较2组孕妇就诊时间、对医院服务满意度、按时产检率及健康知识掌握率。结果实施后组就诊时间明显短于实施前组;且实施后组护理满意度为96.7%,按时产检率为95.8%,健康知识掌握率为93.3%,均高于实施前组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在孕妇就诊过程中实施人性化护理临床效果较好,值得推广。Objective Clinical effect of humanistic nursing during the period of pregnant women visiting.Methods The obstetrics department in our hospital implemented humanistic nursing,120 cases of pregnant women admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the subjects,This is after the implementation of maternal.120 cases of pregnant women who received humanized nursing before January 2015 -12 were enrolled,This is the implementation of the former mother.Comparison of the implementation of human care before and after the treatment of pregnant women,hospital satisfaction,timely birth rate and health knowledge to grasp the rate.Results After the implementation,the visit time was obviously shorter than before implementation.After implementation,the nursing satisfaction was 96.7%,the inspection rate was 95.8% on time,the mastery rate of health knowledge was 93.3%,were higher than before implementation,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of humanistic nursing in the process of pregnant women is better,itworth popularizing.
