轮状病毒检测在儿童病毒性肠炎诊断中的应用

摘　　要：为探讨轮状病毒检测在儿童病毒性肠炎诊断中的应用价值,收集2015年8月至2016年4月我院收治的120例病毒性肠炎患儿粪便标本,采用A群轮状病毒诊断试剂盒和胶体金法检测粪便轮状病毒,并对疾病临床分型、治疗转归进行分析。结果显示,本组患儿年龄3个月至3岁9个月,平均(1.26±0.85)岁。120例患儿中,轮状病毒检测阳性49例(40.83%),轮状病毒检测阴性71例(59.17%)。轮状病毒检测阳性者中,19例(38.78%)CK-MB升高,22例(44.90%)ALT升高;轮状病毒检测阴性者中,15例(21.13%)CK-MB升高,13例(18.31%)ALT升高。经统计学比较,差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05。本组患儿均予热毒宁注射液和利巴韦林治疗,部分患儿联合应用口服免疫球蛋白,并改用腹泻奶粉,均痊愈出院。结果表明,轮状病毒检测对儿童病毒性肠炎的诊断具有重要指导意义。This study was to explore the application value of rotavirus detection for diagnosing viral entero nitis in children,collected the children＇s faeces specimen of 120 cases with viral enteronitis who treated in author＇s hospital from August 2015 to April 2016 yr. to detect rotavirus in faeces by using diagnostic rea gent kits of group A rotavirus and colloidal gold method, and to analyse the clinically typing of the diseases and the outcome after treatment. As results, the patients of this study aged from 3 months to 45 months （averaged 1.26±0.85 years old）, among totalled 120 cases 49 cases were of positive results of rotavirus （40.83%） ,i.e positive group;the rest were negative （59.17%）,i.e negative group;in positive cases CK MB levels increased in 19 cases （38.78%）,ALT increased in 22 cases（44.90%）;in negative cases CK-MB increased in 15 cases（21.13%）,ALT increased in 13 cases（18.31 %）,thus there was statistical difference between above both groups（ P %0.05）.The 120 cases were all treated with Reduning injection and ribavirin; someones were also combined with oral administration of immunoglobulin, and turned to take ＂ diarrhea milk powder＂ , then all cured and discharged. Results show that rotavirus detection has important instruc- tive significance to diagnose viral enteronitis in children.
