摘  要:提出一种独立导向、上下横梁四柱式结构,能自动检测力和位移的实验用精冲压力机总体方案。运用有限元分析软件ANSYS模拟分析了315t额定载荷情况下的整机结构变形数据,对该压力机主要结构的强度及可靠性做了分析总结,并开发了实验检测和集液压、电气于一体的整套控制系统。An overall scheme for experimental precision presses with independent guidance and four-column upper lower beams has been proposed which can detect the force and displacement automatically. The finite element analysis software ANSYS has been used to simulate and analyze the deformation data of the whole structure under the condition of 315 T rated load. The strength and reliability of the main structure of the press have been analyzed and summarized, and the hydraulic and electrical integrated control system for experimental testing has been developed.
