摘 要:针对某冷轧厂低碳钢边裂边损缺陷严重进而影响产线生产节奏及效益的问题,对边裂缺陷的宏观形貌特征进行了分类,同时通过对炼钢、热轧、冷轧全流程工艺调查及采用金相、扫描电镜等手段,对不同类型缺陷成因进行了分析,并提出一贯制的合理优化措施,有效控制了低碳钢原边轧制边裂缺陷,提高了产品的边部质量。In view of the problem of edge crack defects of low carbon steel seriously affected the normal rolling of the cold rolling production line,which has resulted in some damage to the economic benefits.The different macro-morphology characteristics of edge crack defects had been classified systematically.Meanwhile,through the whole process investigation on steelmaking,hot rolling and cold rolling procedure and micro means such as metallography,electron microscopy,the causes of different types of defects were also analyzed.With the suitable measures of consistent system being adopted,the edge crack of non-trimming rolled low carbon steel was controlled effectively,and the edge quality was improved obviously.
