摘  要:山东钢铁集团有限公司100-120mm厚Q345系列钢板前期均采用复合制坯生产,成材率低、加工费用高、生产周期长。为此,通过控制加热温度、采用道次大压下量轧制工艺、轧后采用强水冷工艺并优化正火工艺后,成功实现了用250mm连铸坯生产100-120mm厚Q345系列钢板,且钢板内部质量及性能均满足要求。The 100-120 mm thickness Q345 series plates were produced by the technology of composite billet in the past in Shandong Iron and Steel Group Rizhao Co.,Ltd.However,this production mode had the drawbacks in higher waste and cost,and longer producing cycle.Based on this,some measures were put into production,such as controlling reheating temperature,using heavy reduction per pass rolling technology and forced water cooling after rolling,and optimizing normalizing process.And the100-120 mm thickness Q345 series plates were produced successfully by 250 mm thickness individual continuous casting slab,with qualified internal quality and mechanical performance.
