摘　　要：范长江先生奠定了中国无产阶级新闻教育的基础,作为中国无产阶级新闻教育的奠基者,他所倡导和践行的新闻记者"自我教育"思想,既符合当时时代的要求,也符合新闻学的学科特点。对此,我们应该很好地加以总结并继承,进一步改革我们当下的新闻教育工作。Fan Changjiang laid the foundation of Chinese proletarian journalism education.As the founder of China＇s proletarian journalism education,the journalist＂self-education＂thought he advocated and practiced not only meets the requirements of the times at that time,but also complies with the news.Academic characteristics.In this regard,we should well summarize and inherit it and further reform our current news education.
