摘　　要：胎儿生长受限(fetal growth restriction,FGR)并没有统一的定义,通常指胎儿体重(estimated fetal weight,EFW)低于同孕龄胎儿体重的第10百分位数。FGR是导致围产儿死亡和新生儿严重并发症的重要原因之一。大多数的FGR是由胎盘功能不良所致,也有少部分是因为先天畸形、感染、药物滥用等。本文就胎盘功能不良的早期判断及其与FGR的关系进行评述。Fetal growth restriction（GFR）is not uniformly defined.It usually means the estimated fetal weight（EFW）is lower than the 10 th percentile of fetal weight at the same gestational age.FGR is one of the important causes of perinatal death and severe neonatal complications.Most of FGR is caused by malfunction of the placenta,and a few are due to congenital malformation,infection,drug abuse and so on.This review will discuss the early judgment of placental dysfunction and ifs relationship with FGR.
