摘  要:目的研究五步碘量法测定溶液中二氧化氯含量的改进方法,提高测定结果的准确性。方法将五步碘量法试验操作中盐酸溶液改为硫酸溶液,统一磷酸缓冲液和硫酸的加入量,统一高纯氮气的吹气压力、时间和C瓶结果。对二氧化氯消毒剂的一元免活化液体、二元液体和一元片剂3种不同剂型进行含量测定。结果 3种二氧化氯消毒剂在同一家实验室含量测定结果组内差均<5%,同一产品不同实验室测定组间差<10%。结论改良后的五步碘量法有助于规范操作方法,能够控制pH值对测定结果的影响,是对传统的二氧化氯五步碘量法的重要改进。Objective To study the improvement of five-step iodometry for measuring the content of chlorine dioxide,in order to increase the accuracy of measurement results. Methods In order to improve the five-step iodometry,sulfuric acid solution was substituted for hydrochloric acid solution,the amount of phosphoric acid buffer and sulfuric acid were unified as well as the blowing pressure and time of high purity nitrogen and C bottle results. Three different dosage forms of disinfectants( unitary non-activated fluid,binary non-activated fluid and unitarytablet) were tested for content of chlorine dioxide by three laboratories using the improved five-step iodometry. Results The differences of content tested were less than 5%among the three chlorine dioxide disinfectants tested in the same laboratory,and were less than 10% of the same disinfectant within different laboratories. Conclusion The improved five-step iodometry further standardized the standard of operation by controlling the influence of p H. It is a significant improvement of the traditional five-step iodometry.
