摘 要:目的建立一种分析血透机用柠檬酸消毒液中柠檬酸和苹果酸等多种果酸的含量的新型检测方法。方法采用液相色谱法进行检验,通过流动相筛选,检测参数设置等,对检验方法进行优化。结果采用0.5%NH_4H_2PO_4水溶液(用H_3PO_4调pH值为3.00)+乙腈(90+10)作为流动相,流速0.5 ml/min,柱温20℃,200 nm处检测效果较好。结论所建立的方法可用于分析由多种果酸复合制备的血透机用柠檬酸消毒液的成分分析,结果准确,操作简便、快捷。Objective To establish a new detection method that can determine the exact content of each component in the disinfectant,analyze the content of various acid acids such as citric acid and malic acid in the citric acid disinfectant used in hemolysis machine. Methods The liquid chromatography method was used for the inspection,and the inspection method was optimized by the mobile phase screening and detection parameter setting. Results Using 0. 5% NH4 H2 PO4 aqueous solution( p H adjusted to 3. 00 with H3 PO4) + acetonitrile( 90 + 10) as mobile phase,flow rate of 0. 5 ml/min,column temperature of 20 ℃,detection at 200 nm,the effect was good. Conclusion The established method can be used to analyze the composition analysis of the citric acid disinfectant used for hemodialysis machine prepared from various kinds of fruit acids with accurate results,simple and quick operation.
