不同年龄段人群短时心率变异性研究

摘　　要：目的比较不同年龄段人群心率变异性的特征,分析随着年龄的变化,不同年龄段群体的自主神经活性及功能、疲劳度和心理压力的情况。方法收集2017年1月1日—6月31日在健康管理中心进行心率变异性分析的人群共741名,分为青年组(260名)、中年组(266名)、老年组(215名),采用5 min短时心率变异分析仪记录心率变异性(HRV)各项指标。计量资料三组间比较采用单因素方差分析,两两比较采用SNK-q检验,计数资料比较采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异具有统计学意义。结果不同组别HRV各项指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。三个年龄组在疲劳度、自主神经活性及功能方面差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),心理压力差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。年龄越大,人们的疲劳度、自主神经活性及功能检出率越高,心理压力检出率越低。结论随着年龄的增长,人们的自主神经活性及功能逐渐降低,疲劳度逐渐增加。Objective To compare the characteristics of heart rate variability in different age groups, with the changes of age,analysis of the autonomic nervous activity, function, fatigue degree and psychological stress of different age groups.Methods A total of 741 people were collected for heart rate variability analysis at the Health Management Center from January 1 to June 31, 2017. There were 260 youths, 266 middle-aged people and 215 elderly people. The HRV indexes were recorded by 5 min short-time heart rate variability analyzer. One-way analysis of variance（ANOVA） was used to compare the measurement data between multiple groups,the SNK-q test was used to compare the two groups,Chi-square test was used to compare the count data. P〈0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results The HRV indexes in different groups were statistically significant different（all P〈0.05）. There were significant differences in fatigue degree, autonomic nerve activity and function among the three age groups（all P〈0.05）, but there was no significant difference in psychological pressure（P〉0.05）. The older the age is, the higher the rate of fatigue degree, autonomic nerve activity and functionare, and the lower the rate of psychological stress is.Conclusion With the increase of age, the activity and function of autonomic nervous gradually decreased, and the fatigue degree gradually increased.
