摘　　要：为了提高患者病例数据收集的速度和质量,该文以新疆维吾尔自治区胸科医院骨科为调研对象,采用Visual Studio2010开发工具以及SQL Server 2005数据库管理工具,在HIS的基础上开发并实现了基于C/S架构的随访系统处理软件。通过该系统与医院HIS系统的无缝衔接的同时,实现了对患者病例以及随访记录的信息化处理,从而解决了医护人员科研数据手工收集问题,且对医疗科研工作提供了更扎实的基础。In order to improve the speed and quality of cases data collection, with taking the Orthopedics of Chest Hospital of Xinji- ang Uyghur Autonomous Region as the research object and using Visual Studio 2010 tools and SQL Server 2005 database manage- ment tools, a follow-up management system based on C/S architecture was designed and implemented on the basis of HIS. Through the seamless connection between the system and the hospital HIS system, the information processing of patient cases and follow-up records is achieved, which solves the problem of manual collection of scientific research data for the hospital medical staff, and pro- vides a more sturdy foundation for medical research.
