新医改形势下的医疗服务项目切换研究

摘　　要：目的：新医改新形势下,设计一套较完善的新老医疗服务项目系统切换方案,让医院能够在指定时间内进行医疗服务项目的顺利切换。方法：掌握新医疗服务项目的基本情况,理解新老医疗服务项目差异,梳理所有信息系统与医疗服务价格的关联性,并与管理部门梳理确认切换方案。结果：新老医疗服务项目顺利切换,且能够减少患者和医务人员在切换前后的工作量。结论：新老医疗服务项目的切换需要各科室的共同参与,同时也给医院医疗服务项目的信息化管理提出了更高的要求。Objective： Under the new round of medical system reform background, to design a set of old and new medical service items＇ information system switching plan. Methods： On the basis of the old and new medical service items＇ basic situation, card the correlation of all the information systems and the medical service items, and discuss with the relevant departments to confirm plan. Results： The old and new medical service items switch smoothly, and the plan can reduce the workload of medical staff and patients. Conclusion： Switching medical service items needs the department of departments, but also puts forward higher require- ments for information management of hospital medical service items.
