摘　　要：介绍1种轴角编码器的超宽匹配方法，讲述工程中解决随机超出常规匹配范围的超宽匹配方法以及程序实现详述。基于工程实践，提出自动修正方法与超宽匹配法相结合的程序处理方法。该方法对解决超出常规匹配范围的随机粗精匹配问题行之有效，并可记录超出匹配范围的次数，且具有自适应性。A ultra-wide matching method is proposed and analyzed in detail. Based on engineering practice a program processing method combining automatic correction method and ultra-wide matching method is put forward, which is effective to solve the problem of random rough/fine matching and can record the number of times beyond the match range with adaptability.
