天灸膏贴敷廉泉穴对缺血性卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】评价天灸膏贴敷廉泉穴对缺血性卒中后吞咽障碍的疗效。【方法】将70例缺血性卒中后吞咽障碍患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各35例。2组患者均给予常规西医治疗,对照组同时给予吞咽功能训练,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予天灸膏贴敷廉泉穴治疗,2组疗程均为14 d。治疗前后采用洼田饮水试验及吞咽困难评价量表(VFSS)评分对2组患者进行吞咽功能评定。【结果】(1)治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为85.7%,对照组为80.0%,治疗组的总体疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,2组患者的洼田饮水试验评级和VFSS评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且治疗组的改善作用均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】天灸膏贴敷廉泉穴治疗缺血性卒中后吞咽障碍临床疗效确切。Objective To evaluate the curative effect of external application of Tianjiu Paste to Lianquan point forthe treatment of dysphagia after ischemic stroke. Methods Seventy cases of dysphagia patients after ischemic strokewere randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 35 cases in each group. The control group wastreated with conventional western medicine treatment combined with swallowing training,and the treatment groupwas given external application of Tianjiu Paste to Lianquan point on the basis of treatment for the control group. Thetwo groups were treated for 14 days. The swallowing function of patients in the two groups was evaluated by the scores of water swallow test and Video Fluoroscopic Swallowing Study（VFSS）before and after treatment. Results（1）After treatment,the total effective rate was 85.7% in the treatment group and 80.0% in the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.（2）After treatment,the scores of water swallowtest and VFSS were improved as compared with those before treatment（P〈0.05）,and the improvement in thetreatment group was superior to that in the control group,the difference between the two groups being significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion External application of Tianjiu Paste to Lianquan point is effective for the treatment ofdysphagia after ischemic stroke.
