摘 要:湖北某化工厂农药渗坑水因降雨的稀释作用,其主要污染物COD、氨氮、硫化物等特征因子的污染程度由深层向表层逐步减轻。农药渗坑水处理任务具有期限性,一般不宜采用生物化学法。对农药渗坑水的采样方法、处理工艺进行了实验研究。结果表明,采用混凝沉淀→芬顿反应→二次沉淀→加氯的物化单元组合处理工艺,处理后出水可达到县城市污水处理厂的接纳标准。本研究可为同类农药渗坑水治理提供参考。Due to the dilution effect of rainfall,the concentrations of main pollutants in pesticide pit wastewater in a chemical plant in Hubei,including COD,ammonia nitrogen,sulfide,etc.,decreased gradually from deep to surface layers. Generally,it is not suitable to use biochemical methods due to the time constraint in the process of pesticide pit wastewater treatment. We investigated the sampling method and treatment process of pesticide pit wastewater. The results show that the treated effluent can reach the acceptance standard of municipal sewage treatment plant in Yangxin County by using combined process of flocculation and sedimentation →Fenton reaction→secondary sedimentation→chlorination.This study can provide a reference for the treatment of similar pesticide pit wastewater.
