着色性干皮病继发基底细胞癌及鳞状细胞癌一例

摘　　要：21岁女性患者,面部、颈部、躯干、四肢出现色斑20余年。面部、颈部、躯干部、四肢密集数百个绿豆至甲盖大小的褐色、暗棕色色素沉着斑片,面部散在萎缩性瘢痕,双侧眼睑周围、双侧颧部、鼻梁可见多处境界清楚的浅溃疡,边缘隆起有珍珠色丘疹。溃疡皮损组织病理:基底细胞癌及鳞状细胞癌。诊断:着色性干皮病继发基底细胞癌及鳞状细胞癌。A 21-year-old female presented with brown pigmentation on the face, neck, torso and limbs for 20 years. Dermatologic examination showed that there are hundreds of brown, dark brown pigmentation spots and patches on the face, neck, torso, arms and legs; atrophic scars scattered on the face; many well-defined ulcers distributed around the bilateral eyelids, bilateral buccal region and dorsum of nose, with pearl colored papules on the realm. Histopathological findings of ulcerative lesions suggested basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma.
