阴茎硬化性淋巴管炎一例

摘　　要：34岁男性患者,阴茎条索状肿物1 d。皮肤科情况:阴茎冠状沟可见一条长约3.0 cm,宽约0.3 cm,弯曲、蚯蚓状、半透明皮下肿物,触之软骨硬度,不与皮肤及周围组织粘连,可在皮下滑动,无压痛。诊断:阴茎硬化性淋巴管炎。1.5个月后自行消退。A 34-year-old man presented with an asymptomatic cord-like swelling on the penis, which was noticed inadvertently one day ago. Dermatologic examination showed that there was a curved, earthworm-like, translucent swelling just above and partly encircling the coronal sulcus, approximately 3.0 cm long and 0.3 cm wide, which could slide subcutaneously and without adhesion to the skin and the surrounding soft tissue, with cartilage hardness and no tenderness. There were no palpable lymph nodes in the bilateral groins. Based on the characteristic clinical findings, the diagnosis of sclerosing lymphangitis of the penis was made.
