中药有效成分调节细胞骨架功能的研究进展

摘　　要：细胞骨架是胞内蛋白纤维聚合物组成的动态网络结构,参与细胞多种生理活动,如维持细胞内部结构,稳定细胞形态,调节细胞分裂、胞吞胞吐、能量转换和信息传递等。细胞骨架功能障碍已成为神经系统疾病、心血管疾病、肿瘤等多种疾病的表征。研究显示,许多中药有效成分可以调节相关疾病靶细胞骨架功能。本文从中药有效成分调节相关疾病靶细胞骨架功能出发,综述近5年国内外相关研究进展,以期阐释中药有效成分作用特点,并为防治相关疾病提供参考。The cytoskeleton is a dynamic network of intracellular protein fiber polymers,which participates in a variety of cellular activities,such as maintaining the internal structure of cells,stabilizing cell morphology,regulating cell division,endocytosis,exocytosis,information transfer and energy conversion.Cytoskeletal dysfunction has become a hallmark of many diseases such as neurological diseases,cardiovascular diseases and cancer. Studies have shown that active components from traditional Chinese medicines can regulate the cytoskeleton function of related diseases. This study focused on the mechanisms of active ingredients from traditional Chinese medicines regulating the cytoskeleton function of related diseases.The researches in recent 5 years were reviewed to illustrate the characteristic actions of active components from traditional Chinese medicine,and provide some references for treatment of related diseases.
