2016年我院住院药房麻醉药品使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的为医疗机构麻醉药品的科学管理和临床合理用药提供参考。方法从医院管理信息系统(HIS)中调取2016年我院住院患者麻醉药品使用数据,对其消耗量、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、序号比(B/A)、日均费用(DDC)和各科室使用量等进行统计分析。结果硫酸吗啡缓释片、磷酸可待因片和盐酸羟考酮缓释片(10 mg)的消耗量稳居前3位。注射用盐酸瑞芬太尼、枸橼酸舒芬太尼和盐酸羟考酮缓释片(10 mg)的销售金额居前3位。注射用盐酸瑞芬太尼、枸橼酸舒芬太尼和盐酸吗啡注射液的用药频度居前3位。注射用盐酸瑞芬太尼、枸橼酸舒芬太尼和盐酸布桂嗪注射液的序号比值均等于1,同步性较好,其他药品均有偏差。枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液的日均费用值最高,磷酸可待因片的最低。我院有56%的科室使用了麻醉药品,但主要集中在肿瘤科,其使用量占我院总消耗量的67.49%。结论我院麻醉药品品规齐全,能够满足临床需求,应用基本合理。Objective To provide reference for the scientific management and the rational usage of narcotic drugs.Methods The utilization of narcotic drugs for inpatients in our hospital in 2016 were collected from HIS,and analyzed statistically in respects of consumption amount,consumption sum,DDDs,B/A,DDC and consumption amount of the different departments.Results The consumption amount of Morphine Sulfate Sustained-release Tablets,Codeine Phosphate Tablets and Oxycodone Hydrochloride Prolonged-release Tablets（ 10 mg） ranked the first 3 places. The consumption sum of Remifentanil Hydrochloride for Injection,Sufentanil Citrate Injection and Oxycodone Hydrochloride Prolonged-release Tablets（ 10 mg） ranked the first 3 places. Remifentanil Hydrochloride for Injection,Sufentanil Citrate Injection and Morphine Hydrochloride Injection Bucinnazine Hydrochloride Injection steadily occupied the first 3 places in the list of DDDs. B/A value of Remifentanil Hydrochloride for Injection,Sufentanil Citrate Injection and Bucinnazine Hydrochloride Injection were all equal to 1 and synchronized well,others all had deviation.The DDC of Sufentanil Citrate Injection took up the first place,and Codeine Phosphate Tablets took up the last 1 place.There were 56% departments used narcotic drugs in our hospital,but mainly in the department of oncology,accounting for 67. 49%. Conclusion The variety and dosage form of narcotic drugs could meet the clinical needs and its application was basically reasonable.
