摘  要:设计并研制了由气体纯化器、水渗透管和稀释装置组成的微痕量水分标准发生系统。以氮气为稀释气,系统可连续发生含量范围为10~1 000 nmol/mol的水分标准,相对扩展不确定度为2.4%~8.4%(k=2)。系统中的水渗透管由磁悬浮天平测量装置实时在线称量,稀释装置由高精度流量计校准,发生的水分标准利用光腔衰荡光谱水分仪进行监测。利用水分析仪考察了系统的准确性和稳定性,结果显示,系统发生的水分标准与仪器示值一致性良好,偏差在±4%之内;系统的稳定性良好,除低浓度点外,12 h内示值的相对标准偏差不大于0.3%。微痕量水分标准发生系统可为国内微痕量水分仪提供校准服务。Generator system of trace moisture composed of gas purifier, water permeation tube and dilution device was designed and developed. The generator system continuously produced trace moisture in nitrogen gas from 10 nmol/mol to 1 000 nmol/mol in amount fraction of water, the relative expanded uncertainty was 2.4%-8.4%(k=2). In the system, the water permeation tube was measured in real time by a magnetic suspension balance experiment device, the dilution device was calibrated by a high precision flow meter and the moisture standard was monitored by the cavity ring-down spectroscopy analyzer for moisture. The accuracy and stability of the system were investigated by CRDs analyzer. The results showed that the trace moisture standard from generator system was in good agreement with the indication value of CRDs analyzer, the deviation was within ±4%. The stability of the system was good, the relative standard deviation was not more than 0.3% within 12 h, except the low concentration. This system can be used to calibrate analyzers for trace moisture in China.
