摘  要:关于中枢神经与肠道神经以及胃肠道关系的研究取得了极大进展,肠道微生物在这些肠-脑交流中发挥重要作用,可通过神经、内分泌以及免疫系统与中枢神经系统交流,并由此影响大脑功能及行为如应激及疼痛调控系统、情绪性行为以及中枢神经递质的传递等,而大脑也可以通过自主神经系统影响肠道微生物的组成以及肠道运动。对肠道微生物的研究可能会为肠易激综合征、自闭症、焦虑、抑郁等复杂中枢神经系统疾病提供一种独特新奇的治疗方法。Great progress has been made in investigating the bidirectional interactions between the central nervous system( CNS),the enteric nervous system and the gastrointestinal tract. Gut microbiota plays an important role in gut-brain communications and can influence the brain function and behavior through neural,endocrine and immune pathways,such as stress-and pain-modulation systems,emotional behavior and brain neurotransmitter systems,and that CNS can affect the composition of gut microbiota and intestinal transit through autonomic nervous system. Findings on microbiota may suggest a noble therapy for complex CNS disorders as irritable bowel syndrome,autistic disorder,anxiety and depression.
