摘　　要：环状RNA(circRNA)是mRNA在剪接过程中5'端与3'端剪接到一起而形成的非编码RNA。circRNA的高度稳定性、高丰度和组织特异性赋予circRNA的许多潜在功能,近年来研究发现circRNA对基因转录及转录后水平有重要意义,此外已发现circRNA与多种癌症的发生有关。皮肤基底细胞癌中,显著异常表达的circRNA潜在靶向与癌症相关的miRNA,如hsa-miR-19b-1。皮肤鳞癌中circRNA的miRNA响应元件已有23个与之对应的且与皮肤鳞癌相关的miRNAs。目前发现肿瘤中存在许多异常表达的circRNA,对于circRNA-miRNA的研究,可以为癌症的基因靶向治疗提供新思路。Circular RNA（ circRNA） is the non-coding RNA formed by splicing the mRNA at the 5＇ end and the 3＇ end of the splicing process. CircRNA has been found to be abundant,conserved and relatively stable in the cytoplasm. These features confer numerous potential functions to circRNA. In recent years,it has been found that circRNA has great significance for gene transcription and post-transcriptional levels. Besides,circRNA has been related to many cancers. In basal cell carcinoma of the skin,significantly dysregulated circRNAs potentially targeted cancer-associated miRNAs such as hsa-miR-19 b-1. The miRNA response elements（ MREs） of differently expressed circRNAs in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma（ cSCC） had complementary MREs sequence in 23 miRNAs revelant to c SCC. Many differently expressed circRNAs have been found in cancer. The research of circRNA-miRNAs can provide new ideas for gene-targeted therapy of cancer.
