摘　　要：消化道出血、消化道穿孔及消化道瘘和漏是常见的消化系统疾病,临床上的治疗方式包括保守治疗、内镜下治疗及手术治疗,而随着内镜技术的发展,上述疾病均能在内镜下得到良好的治疗。消化道出血可以通过内镜下局部注射药物、热凝及机械法止血;消化道穿孔及消化道瘘和漏可以通过内镜下缝合、放置支架、纤维蛋白胶封堵及金属夹夹闭等方法治疗。OTSC是一种内镜下使用的新型金属夹,它直径大、咬合力强,可以封闭较大的创面,为内镜治疗提供了更大的空间。The gastrointestinal bleeding,gastrointestinal perforation,gastrointestinal fistula and leakage are common diseases of digestive system. The therapeutic methods include conservative treatment,endoscopic treatment and surgical treatment,and with the development of endoscopic techniques,these diseases can get good treatment under endoscope. Endoscopic treatment for gastrointestinal bleeding includes clip closure,endoscopic injection of drug and thermocoagulation. Gastrointestinal perforation,fistula and leakage can be treated by endoscopic suturing,stent placement,injection of tissue sealants and clip closure. OTSC（ over-the-scope clip） is a new type of metal clip,with a much larger diameter and bite,which can close larger defects,providing more space for endoscopic treatment.
