摘　　要：分析了社会主义核心价值观和高校师德规范的内涵,指出核心价值观和师德规范的内在一致性,特别是对高校教师的要求。提出社会主义核心价值观和高校师德规范贵在践行,贵在具体化、身边化,贵在教师的言行实践。The paper analyzes the connotation of core socialist values and college teachers＇ moral norms,then it states the conformity between them,especially in terms of the requirements for college teachers. The paper also puts forward what matters most when talking about core socialist values,and college teachers＇ moral norms is to practice the values and norms in daily life,in tiny things and to the people around us,in short,in teachers＇ behavior.
