摘　　要：为了解近年来石油高职院校生源变化趋势,以河北某石油高职院校2014—2016年入学的12 458名新生为研究对象,用"大学生人格健康问卷(UPI)"对近三年的新生心理健康状况进行了普查和对比,并对生源心理健康状况变化的原因进行探讨,提出了应对生源心理健康状况变化的方式。In order to know the change trend of student resource in petroleum higher vocational colleges,we researched 12458 freshmen in 2014—2016 from a petroleum college of Hebei as the object. We surveyed the psychological health status of the freshmen during nearly three years by using＂University Personality Inventory（ UPI） ＂. We discussed the cause of the students psychological health status changes,and put forward the way to deal with the changes.
