摘　　要：复杂网络系统用于解决各学科系统问题,相关研究已成为当下国际热门研究领域。在食物网中应用复杂网络理论,可弥补传统食物网静态描述的劣势,动态的反映现实网络。随着复杂网络理论的深入,食物网的研究也从关注物种数量和关系发展为关注网络结构,从现象归纳描述逐渐向机理探索。本文回顾了传统食物网的研究方法,从食物网稳定性研究、个体在复杂食物网研究中的重要性等方面综述了复杂网络在食物网中的研究进展,并分析和展望其在水生食物网研究中的应用前景。The study of complex network system has become an international hot research area,it has been used in a wild range of academic disciplines from cellular and metabolic networks to social networks. Food web,as a typical complex ecological network,traditionally can descript the trophic interaction among species.Recently,the study of food web has undergone a renaissance with the application of complex network theory.It has been accounted as a bridge to quantitively combine the community ecology and ecosystem ecology.Novel topological pattern of food web has shed light on understanding the mechanisms that affect the stability of fragile ecosystems. In this article,we made a systematic review of traditional research on food web and introduced the research progress of complex food web. Growing evidences showed that the distribution of interaction strengths and the configuration of complexity contributed more to the network stability,rather than its magnitude. Another notably advance is that the new generation of food web is enabling us to explore the patterns based on individuals. We believe that the research of marine food web by innovative methodology has great potential and we have concluded some of its applications.
