摘 要:上海虹桥综合交通枢纽西交通中心配套停车设施一期工程已建成并于2010年投入使用。随着西交高铁客运量的大幅度提升,目前已提前突破规划运量值,其配套停车设施面临的供需矛盾,运营、管理等多方面问题逐渐凸显。应结合现有设施、客流变化等实际情况,通过现场调查及监测数据,对停车特征及车库运转状况进行系统评估分析,提出更有针对性的停车设施及运营管理优化调整方案,为现有车库优化及二期车库的实施调整提供有益参考。The supporting parking facilities Phase I project of the West Traffic Center of Hongqiao Transportation Hub in Shanghai has been completed and put into use in 2010. With the great increment of passenger capacity of high-speed railway in the West Traffic Center, the planned traffic volume has been broken through in advance. The contradiction between supply and demand, the operation and the management faced by the supporting parking facilities are gradually prominent. Based on the practical situations of the existing facilities and the passenger flow change, and according to the field survey and monitoring data, the article systematically evaluates and analyzes the parking characteristics and the garage operation conditions,and puts forward the optimized adjustment scheme more pointed for the parking facilities and operation management, which can provide the useful reference for the optimization of the existing garage and the implementation of the second phase garage.
