摘  要:针对在汽车快修店选址问题中,备选点的选取一般不太受重视的情况,提出一种考虑节点可达性、地价,以及车主选择行为的选址模型。模型以节点的可达性与该区域地价之比作为指标衡量某节点成为新建快修店备选节点的可能性,综合考虑了车主和投资商的利益。为进一步刻画车主的选择行为,构建了基于云模型的预测方法,并将该方法嵌入基于"性价比"的选址模型。根据云模型预测所得的汽车快修店选择概率,实现对"性价比"的迭代修正。最后采用大连市主城区的人口、房价及汽车快修店分布等数据,以及有关车主选择行为的SP调研数据,对该模型进行计算和验证。结果表明,计算所得的备选点集与调研结果具有较高的一致性。The alternative locations of vehicle fast repair shop were not thoroughly evaluated.A model to select alternative vehicle fast-repair locations was proposed in this study.Accessibility,land price of the alternative locations,and the behavior of the car owners' choice-making regarding these locations were considered.Thus the interests of the car owners and the investors can be combined by the proposed model.The cloud model which was used to predict the behavior of the car owners was embedded into the"price-performance ratio"model.So the price-performance ratio can be iteratively revised according to the probabilities of choosing each location by the car owners.The proposed model was verified with the data from Dalian city,including population,land price,distribution of the fast-repair shop,data from the survey about the car owners' behavior,etc.The alternative locations obtained by the proposed model were found to be consistent with the results from the survey.
