摘 要:了解游客满意度的现状、探究影响游客满意度的因素是提升旅游服务工作质量的重要依据。基于旅游大环境、旅游公共服务、旅游产业、旅游相关产业以及旅游公共服务等总体感受设计调查问卷,调研后进行汇总和数据处理,客观科学地分析游客对湖州旅游相关行业及各种服务要素的满意度,以改善吃住行游购娱六大环节的配套设施和服务,切实提高游客旅游体验的质量。Realizing the existing state of satisfying degree from tourist guests and studying its effects become the important base for improving the quality of service in tourist industry. Based on the tourism environment,we worked out some questions including the overall tourism environment,the industries related with tourism,the public services of tourism and the general feeling to one's experience of tourism. By way of questionnaire,data collecting,data processing later,analyzing visitors' satisfaction resulted from various key factors of tourist services and industries concerned. We conclude that further optimizing the six tourist sectors( diet,lodging,communication,sightseeing,shopping and recreation) would improve the quality of tourist services,and provide the practical tour experiences for visitors.
