摘  要:根据某工业园区药业公司制药废水须满足的当地环保部门的排放要求,对该公司排放的废水进行处理,对其制药废水取样分析,针对废水特性选择VLR立环生物反应池处理工艺。通过介绍、分析该工艺的特点和优势,并结合该制药废水处理的工程设计案例,对目前我国用地较为紧张且污水处理运行管理水平不高的制药企业,在建设污水处理单元时,提供一个新的设计思路。Aiming at the pharmaceutical wastewater of pharmaceutical company in an industry zone having to meet the discharge requirements of local environmental protection administration, the wastewater discharged from this company should be treated, and its pharmaceutical wastewater should be sampled for analysis. Specific to the wastewater characteristics, the VLR biological reaction tank treatment technology is selected.The article introduces and analyzes the characteristics and advantages of this technology, and provides a new design thought for the pharmaceutical enterprises having the lower wastewater treatment operation management level in the limited land of China during the construction of wastewater treatment units.
