摘　　要：目的 探讨乳房切除术后乳腺癌患者社会支持与社会功能的现状,并分析二者之间的相关性.方法 于2015年7月—2016年11月,采用社会支持评定量表及社会功能缺陷筛选量表对便利取样的100例乳腺癌患者进行问卷调查.社会支持与社会功能的关系采用Pearson相关性分析.结果 乳腺癌患者社会支持总分及社会功能缺陷筛选量表总均分分别为（33.46±5.28）、（1.86±0.67）分;乳腺癌患者社会支持总分、主观支持、对支持的利用度与社会功能缺陷均呈负相关（P〈0.05）.结论 帮助乳房切除术后乳腺癌患者理解并利用社会支持,能充分发挥其社会功能,提高患者生存质量.Objective To explore the current situation and the relationship of social support with social function in breast cancer patients after mastectomy. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in 100 patients with breast cancer from July 2015 to November 2016 using the Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS） and the Social Function Deficiency Screening Scale （SFDSS）. Pearson correlation test was used to investigate the relationship between social support and social function. Results The total score of SSRS and the average score of SFDSS was （33.46±5.28） and （1.86±0.67）, respectively. The overall score of SSRS, subjective support and the availability of support showed a negative relationship with social functional deficiency （P〈 0.05）. Conclusions It is beneficial to help understand and take advantage of social support in patients with breast cancer after breast mastectomy so that to improve their social function and quality of life.
