摘　　要：雷暴相关性哮喘是一种特殊的与雷暴相关的哮喘暴发现象，本文通过数据库查阅相关文献和利用网络资源搜索相关报道，对雷暴相关性哮喘的概念、发生机制、人群特点和危害进行综述，并就这种特殊的哮喘发作现象提出相应对策和建议，希望为哮喘患者的疾病预防和教育提供参考。Thunderstorm asthma is an asthma outbreaks related to thunderstorm. This paper reviews the related literature in database and reports on the internet, and summarizes the concept, mechanism, patient characteristics and hazards of thunderstorm asthma, providing some suggestions for the prevention and education of the patients with asthma, so as to provide health reference for asthma prevention and education.
