摘  要:磁混凝技术可以形成密度较大的磁性絮凝体,与传统工艺相比,具有处理速度快、效率高、占地面积小等诸多优点,得到了越来越广泛的应用。结合实际工程案例,对磁混凝技术在重金属废水预处理系统中的设计应用进行分析和总结,重点分析管道选材、磁回收系统等工程应用的关键点,以期为类似工程提供指导和借鉴。Magnetic coagulation technology may formmagnetic floes with higher density. Compared with traditional coagulation process,it has many advantages,such as high processing speed,high efficiency,small area and so on. It has been used more and more widely in wastewater treatment. Based on actual case of magnetic coagulation technology in heavy metal wastewater pretreatment system ,key points of design and application are analyzed and summarized, especially in the analysis of pipeline material,magnetic seed recovery system. And it can provide certain guidance and reference in the similar project design and application.
